We will require the following items
To ensure your holiday is not delayed, we require you to send us the following identification items (unless you have already sent them), together with your full payment at least 14 days prior to departure:
Personal Identification Requirements
A completed reservation form for each driver.
2 items of proof of residential ID of the hirer.
(Utility bill, or credit card statement is acceptable)
Copy of driving licence for each driver. THE PAPER PART ONLY IS OK.
You need to have the following items when collecting
(Note we cannot release the vehicle without these items being present)
Passport or other photo ID of hirer.
Valid UK, overseas national or International driving licence for each driver. BOTH PARTS PLASTIC AND PAPER.
Security deposit of £400 cash. This is returnable subject to inspection of the Motorhome on its return. Payable on the day of hire
Vehicle Familiarisation
There is plenty to cover during our vehicle familiarisation session, which lasts approximately 1/2 hour. Please ensure that you allow time for this induction process. Each vehicle is fully equipped with pots, pans and cutlery but you must provide your own bedding and towels. The vehicle will also have gas, fresh water and a full tank of fuel.
Free parking
We have free secure parking at our Peterborough depot if you would like to leave your car here at your own risk . We do not accept any liability for damage or loss. An Airport or Railway station pick up service is available by separate negotiation.
Unlimited mileage UK only, Europe 1500 miles per week and then 10p per mile charge.
Breakdown and Recovery service
Our breakdown cover is provided by the AA and is for all EEC countries including the UK and Ireland.
Collection Times
Unless previously agreed, your vehicle will not be available for collection until after 2.00pm on the day required. Your vehicle return time is before 11.00am; a late return fee of £25 per hour is levied for late arrivals (the next booking may be waiting and we need to check the camper over).
Dogs, small/medium size dogs are welcome in selected vehicles only. All damage and hair cleaning will be charged for. Please do not leave unattended in the motorhome, charge £25 p.w.
Fully comprehensive insurance from £20 per day. (European cover by negotiation).
Although the vehicle is comprehensively insured, this does not cover personal losses or damage by negligence so we strongly advise you to take out travel insurance cover prior to your holiday.
